5:30 Class Spring Concert - Solo Audition Information
Auditions for solos for Moana and Matilda will be done digitally. Please submit your audition to vocalmotionchoir@gmail.com by Tuesday night, April 27th. You will be singing a few measures from several different songs. In other words, you will be singing short segments from Moana, When I Grow Up, and Naughty. Even if you are just interested in one song, I would like to hear your voice on all three songs. Your voice may fit one song better and that’s okay, just do your best and sing naturally.
On your audition video please…

In your video, please state your name at the beginning of your audition
Please sing measures
42- 49 from Moana
8-17 from When I Grow Up and 120-136 from Naughty (Matilda)
The song MUST be memorized and well prepared.
Please show us your personality and use facial expressions as you sing
Make sure you pronounce the words clearly and stay in correct pitch and rhythm
